Job Title: Front Office Professional

Classification: Full-Time hourly / non-exempt

Pay Range: Starting at $19.50

Reports to: Kevin Johnson Controller

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm

Location: In-Office (no remote) 5000 N Basin Ave. Portland OR 97217


General Summary

As our Front Office Professional youll be the first point of contact for visitors customers and this receptionist role youll keep the front desk running smoothly by completing administrative tasks while supporting other departments with a variety of tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service to our external and internal customers visitors vendors and other guests while either in person over the phone or via email - while always maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Facilitate and foster new and existing relationships with our clients.
  • Address all inquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Support the accounting billing marketing purchasing and other departments as needed.
  • Perform all tasks assigned including but not limited to the data entry processing and monitoring of:
  • Answering and transferring calls greeting and assisting visitors and maintaining compliance with building access and security protocols.
  • Process and support various accounting transactions
  • Maintain office supplies filing systems company phone list safety protocol lists and ensuring the front office remains organized and professional.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must be reliable and committed to providing excellent customer service.
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and Adobe Acrobat (PDF).
  • Problem-solver with great attention to detail.
  • Team player who enjoys helping others.

Minimum Experience & Education Required:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have extraordinary customer service skills with a positive attitude.
  • 2 years of experience preferred but not required.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely utilizes standard office equipment.

The employee is occasionally required to climb balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
