Job Description
FocusKPI is looking for aSenior Product Designerto join one of our clients a high-tech SaaS company.
This role will be focused on crafting excellent experiences for the clients customers to organize and interact with their content. Youll be a part of the Dash Design team and collaborate closely with their many partner teams to craft seamless end-to-end journeys that touch almost every aspect of their experience.
You will be partnering with the Growth Product & Design Lead to support executing on their roadmap for User Onboarding experiences. You will officially report to the Design Manager across Dash but the day-to-day prioritization input and guidance will come from partnering with the Growth Design Lead.
Work Location:Remote - anywhere in the US;Client location: San Francisco CA
Duration:3-monthcontract with possibility of extension depending on your performance in the future
Pay Range:Zone1:$90/hr to $100/hr;Zone2:$80 to 87/hr;Zone3:$64 to 74/hr

Responsibilities:
- Partner with PM and User Research to define test iterate and oversee the execution of Dashs in-product experiences for monetization. This includes: free and paid plan experiences In-product tracking of feature usage upgradeand downgrade experience
- Partner with GTM & Content Design to define all communications related to free and paid experiences
- Work with the Growth engineering team to continuously understand constraints and ensure feasibility
- Work with other Dash product designers to define visual systems for monetization that fit with Dashs overall design system on all surfaces
- Partner with the clientsproduct & design partners to define flows and experiences for Dashs pricing pages checkout flows and account management leveraging existing experiences and systems
- Partner with the clientsbrand teams to design usable and feasible pricing and plan designs that are in line with Dashs branding
- Deliver onboarding experiences in line with Dropboxs high bar for quality and design standards
- 7-8 years ofproduct design including a lot of interaction & visual design. While 7 years of experience is the minimum requirement.
- Excellent product design withsolid interaction and visual design skills including experience with prototyping.
- Clear compelling presentation and communication style.
- Steadfast empathy for our users a burning curiosity in their lives and problems
- Experience with Figma
- Consumer-facing product experience (kind of end-user-facing type of products) (design like a landing page etc.)
- Demonstrated skills for collaborating closely with other designers researchers product managers engineers and other cross-functional stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
- A Portfoliois a must to submit along with the resume. Aportfolio with work that the candidate hasdelivered in the past in high quality is the most important
