Key responsibilities
- Plan and own the bilingual editorial calendar aligned to monthly KPIs (organic clicks rankings CTR conversions SQLs from gated assets).
- Write and edit English & Arabic content: blogs website/landing pages case studies white papers product sheets email nurture copy ad copy social captions and video/script copy.
- Build SEO briefs; perform keyword/intent research; optimize on-page (titles H1H3 meta internal linking FAQs/schema) and collaborate with SEO on content hubs and interlinking.
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts and long-form articles for executives and sales leaders.
- Localize/adapt messaging per market (KSA UAE GCC) while maintaining brand voice and style guides.
- Interview SMEs; fact-check claims; ensure accuracy for regulated verticals (life sciences legal fintech eLearning manufacturing ICT).
- Coordinate with Design/Video for creative assets; deliver clear briefs and final QA (grammar tone consistency).
- Track and report performance via GA4 GSC Ahrefs/SEMrush and Looker/Data Studio dashboards.
- Use AI writing assistants responsibly (per internal SOPs) ensuring originality sources and human editorial quality.
Requirements
5-7 years professional content writing with 2 years in B2B; proven bilingual mastery (near-native English & excellent MSA Arabic).
Portfolio showing measurable outcomes (traffic growth rankings CTR/CVR improvements lead contributions).
Strong SEO writing skills and familiarity with tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush GA4 GSC RankMath/Yoast WordPress/Elementor).
Experience producing sales-enablement assets (one-pagers case studies email sequences) and LinkedIn thought-leadership.
Excellent research interviewing and editing skills; meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.
Plus: knowledge of ABM content webinar scripts basic HTML/CMS and PR/editorial workflows.
