We are seeking a talented individual to join our Financeteam at Marsh McLennan. This Internship will be based in Brussels. (4-6 month) starting in Sept/oct 2025 or Jan/Feb 2026
Join our dynamic team at Marsh McLennan as a Finance Intern where you will gain hands-on experience working with Marsh Mercer and Guy Carpenter on a variety of impactful this role you will assist in market analysis data management and operational structuring contributing to the development of innovative financial solutions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to enhance your analytical skills collaborate with industry professionals and gain insights into the financial services sector. By joining the finance team at Marsh McLennan you will immerse yourself in the heart of finance and we will need you to:
Manage end-to-end data-driven projects that contribute to the financial growth of Belgium through reporting and strategic insights that you will have the opportunity to present.
Understand how the finance department is essential to the smooth operation of a company and how our role is valuable to the stakeholders of Marsh McLennan.
Your commitment and eagerness to learn will be an asset in conducting in-depth analyses of complex departmental structures to support their growth.
You will be responsible for analysing and forecasting certain aspects of the Belgian P&L during your internship.
Collaborate on a growth plan for our New Business in partnership with international teams.
Drive market analysis and operational changes from A-Z
What you need to have:
As an intern we hope to find the following qualities in your work:
Bachelors degree in business Operations Finance Political Science or other related curriculum and currently enrolled in a masters degree.
You must be legally authorized to work in Belgium to be eligible for this role
Fluency in English with at least French or Dutch
Mandatory school agreement
MS Office (Excel Word Power Point)
