We want a Follow Up Analyst who pays attention to details and takes the initiative to join our team. The person who gets the job will be in charge of keeping an eye on unfinished tasks making sure that clients and internal stakeholders are followed up with on time and keeping accurate records of interactions and outcomes. The best candidate has strong organizational skills great written and spoken communication skills and a dedication to providing great service to clients.
Main Duties:
Keep track of and handle open tasks requests and client questions across a number of channels.
Make sure problems are fixed quickly by following up with clients vendors and internal teams in a planned way.
Keep detailed and accurate records of all follow-up activities status updates and communications in the companys tracking systems.
Find problems that keep happening or process bottlenecks and work with the right departments to make processes better.
Make regular status reports and send them to management and other important people.
Answer all communications both inside and outside the company quickly and professionally.
Help create write down and improve standard operating procedures for follow-up processes.
Do other tasks and projects that are related to your job as needed.
Requirements:
A bachelors degree in business administration communications or a related field is preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered.
At least two years of experience in a similar follow-up customer service or administrative job.
Good organizational and attention to detail skills.
Good at talking and writing.
Ability to handle a lot of tasks and deadlines in a busy setting.
You should be able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and CRM or task management software.
Self-motivated and able to work alone or with a remote team.
Showed that they could solve problems and think critically.
