Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. This hybrid role combines both in-office and remote work providing the flexibility to balance professional and personal needs. As a CSR you will play a key role in supporting clients with policy servicing renewals and inquiries while ensuring compliance with Florida insurance regulations and agency standards.
Office Location: Tampa FL (Hybrid local candidates only)
Compensation: $45000 $55000 with bonus potential
Position Type: Full-time
Reports To and Collaborates With: Agency leadership and client service team
Start Date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries policy servicing endorsements and renewals with professionalism and accuracy
- Provide responsive customer support via phone email and digital platforms
- Maintain compliance with Florida insurance regulations and agency standards
- Utilize systems including Epic Quote Rush Citizens Insurance of Florida (Easylinks) and RingCentral
- Document all interactions and follow-ups in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Represent the agency at events as needed maintaining a professional presence
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Property & Casualty (P&C) license in good standing (required)
- Previous CSR experience within the insurance industry (P&C focus)
- Professional phone presence articulate clear and attentive listener
- Proficiency with Epic Quote Rush Easylinks RingCentral Outlook and Excel
- Dependable detail-oriented and consistent in follow-through
- Strong interpersonal skills with a balance of professionalism and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- College education a plus
- Stable work history (no frequent job changes)
