Description
Colours Inc. is looking to add a new counter customer service associate to our Rockford location. Our team provides outstanding service to our customers in store by phone and processing orders via email. Ideal team player will have:

Daily responsibilities will include:
- Greet and assist customers at the front counter or over the phone
- Provide outstanding customer service and a great customer experience
- Handle counter sales transactions including processing payments and issuing receipts accurately
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operation of the counter area
- Be able to step in and make deliveries when needed
Must be dependable hardworking and motivated TEAM Player.

- Strong sense of customer service
- Automotive paint industry experience preferred but will consider other qualified applicants
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must show valid drivers license and Social Security card
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Lift up to 50lbs
