Role Purpose

Carrier is building aGlobal Operations Capabilities Hubin Lucerne to strengthen enterprise planning and execution. As theSIOP S&OE Leader for Residential you will lead theSales & Operations Execution (S&OE)process for theResidential portfolioin the Americas region (090 day horizon). This role ensuresshort-term factory orchestration enabling regional teams to focus on mid- and long-term planning.

You will partner withregional SIOP teams factories procurement and product marketingto align demand and supply manage constraints and deliver onservice cost and inventory objectives. This role is a key contributor to theSIOP cadence providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

S&OE Factory Orchestration (090 Days)

• Lead theshort-term execution processfor Residential factories consolidating demand and supply signals into actionable guidance.
• Run theweekly S&OE cadence balancing service cost and inventory priorities.

Demand & Supply Alignment

• AlignSales and Marketing forecastswith operational plans; resolve gaps and document assumptions.
• Supportdemand shaping decisionsand exception management in collaboration with regional SIOP teams.

Constraint Management

• Identifyshort-term supply constraintsand work with factories procurement and logistics to resolve bottlenecks.

Scenario Planning & Decision Support

• Preparewhat-if scenariosfor demand surges supply disruptions or mix changes.

Performance Management

• Track and reportS&OE KPIs: service level backlog inventory health and schedule adherence.

Success Metrics

• Service:OTIF backlog reduction promise-date adherence.
• Inventory:DOS E&O exposure inventory turns.
• Factory Performance:Plan adherence schedule stability.
• Decision Velocity:Scenario turnaround time action closure rate.

Qualifications

• Education:Bachelors in Supply Chain Operations or related field; Masters preferred.
• Experience:812 years inSIOP/S&OE factory planning or supply chain operations preferably in HVAC or industrial products.
• Technical Skills:Familiarity withplanning systems(SAP IBP o9 Kinaxis) and analytics tools (Power BI Excel).
• Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Language:English required; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• Travel:1520% within the region.
