Position Overview
Were seeking a highly organized and personable Client Success Manager to ensure our municipal partners receive exceptional service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for clients helping them maximize value from our services resolving issues quickly and building long-term relationships that foster loyalty and growth.
This position requires 50% or more travel to visit clients across Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the dedicated liaison for assigned municipal clients ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
Onboard new clients guiding them through our inspection and plan review processes and software tools.
Monitor client accounts to anticipate needs proactively address challenges and identify opportunities for expanded support.
Collaborate with our inspection and plan review teams to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
Collect and analyze client feedback to improve processes and recommend service enhancements.
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients and leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Systems or Business Management (required).
2 years of experience in client success account management or customer-facing roles.
Strong understanding of municipal processes construction or building inspections preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $60000 $90000 per year based on experience and certifications.
