Full Stack Software Developer (Thailand)

Position : Full Stack Software Developer ( C# / React)
Location: Remote - Only open to candidates in Thailand
Compensation :per month (THB) ( Equivalent to $2400 $3000 per month)

About the company:
Were a UK-based startup revolutionising airport and logistics operations with AI. Were on a mission to digitise and optimise how ground handlers work helping them streamline billing manage tasks in real-time and gain deep operational insights.

Were now looking to expand our technical team and build a development hub in Bangkok over the next 12 months. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and help shape the culture and practices of our Thai dev team.

About the role:

As a Full Stack Developer youll work closely with one of our founders (an experienced developer whos previously built teams in Thailand) to design and build new product features solve complex real-world challenges and take ownership of your code through to production. Youll be involved in:

• Building modern web applications with React and TypeScript
  
• Developing robust APIs using C# Core and Entity Framework Core
  
• Writing tests to ensure quality and maintainability (unit integration E2E)
  
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to turn requirements into working software
  
• Deploying and monitoring applications on Azure
  
• Contributing to DevOps pipelines (CI/CD build & release automation)
  
• Exploring how AI/LLMs (OpenAI Azure AI) can enhance our product
  
• Getting involved with agentic AI and Model Context Protocols
  

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of experience with full stack development using C# React
  
• Proficiency in TypeScript C# and EF Core
  
• Strong understanding of web architecture and RESTful API design
  
• Comfortable writing clean tested and maintainable code
  
• Experience with cloud platforms preferably Azure
  
• Excellent English communication and comfort working in a remote-first team
  
• A self-starter with a passion for technology AI and building meaningful products
