BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs) the following benefits:
- Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADAs group medical prescription drug dental and vision benefitsif you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
- Home Care Field Employeesworking less than 30 hours per weekare eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA Home Health Aide:
- Minimum one year work references in any type of field. - Newly certified welcome
- Current HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- No license We offer Home Health Aide Certification courses
Job Responsibilities for HHA Home Health Aides:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Bathing
- Vital sign checks: temperature pulse respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry meal preparation bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
