Job Description
Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing manufacturing and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What youll do:
- Position: Warehouse Supervisor. Full time. Reports to the Logistics Manager.
- Supervise and manage a team of warehouse and other support staff in multiple satellite locations
- Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations including but not limited to shipping and receiving inventory management and order fulfillment
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics including inventory levels receiving rates and order fulfillment rates
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and guidance to warehouse staff
- Develop and implement training programs to improve warehouse staff skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned including filling in for absent staff and covering breaks
- Maintain a safe working environment and efficient warehouse operations
- Participates in the creation and implementation of short and medium-term goals for the team. Participates in the creation and/or continuous improvement of operational processes aiming to promote effectiveness efficiency and data accuracy.
- Participate as needed in the development and improvement of Archer ERP system.
- Demonstrate proficiency in strategic business decision-making and adaptability to evolving organizational objectives.
What you need:
- 5 years of related experience in the aerospace and/or automotive industry.
Proficient in SAP
- Proven record of warehouse and people management
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate in a professional business manner both in writing and verbally. High attention to detail is required.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment with adaptability to changing priorities.
- Strong team player
- Valid CA drivers licence
- Forklift experience
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted.
- Must be able to visually distinguish colors
Education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
Bonus Qualifications:
- BS degree in Supply Chain Operations or Business.
- Battery handling experience
- Hazmat handling experience
- Familiar with OSHA regulations
- Commercial drivers license

Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge skills and experience.
