Revolution is currently seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to join our team in Flint MI. This position plays a key role in loading and unloading trucks managing inventory and ensuring accurate material handling within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload trucks and materials ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Perform inventory control and ensure materials are accurately recorded and tagged.
• Verify the correctness of materials being pulled from source rows and trailers ensuring alignment with job sheets and specifications.
• Weigh raw materials and additives at the start of each shift confirming scale accuracy.
• Weigh finished product boxes verify correct labeling and ensure packaging is intact and in good condition.
• Transport finished products to the warehouse ensuring they are placed in the correct location.
• Monitor scrap levels checking for remaining scrap at job completion and properly logging quarantined items.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines policies and work instructions to ensure a safe working environment.
• Wear required personal protective equipment and follow lock-out/tag-out safety procedures.
• Complete assigned tasks and report any issues to the supervisor.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills (addition subtraction multiplication) to accurately record and track materials.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Previous experience with automated manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift push pull and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to receive and maintain forklift certification with a commitment to safe operation of warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
