Job Summary
Job Duties:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify open positions and determine the specific requirements for each role.
- Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals social media and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and compatibility with the company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a seamless process for candidates and hiring managers.
- Verify candidates references and background information to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and creating compelling job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
- Liaise with hiring managers and team leads to gather insights into the requirements and expectations for each position.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process providing updates and feedback.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to promote the companys opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices to enhance the hiring processs quality.
