Join PwC as the Head of Brand Experiences a pivotal role that blends strategic leadership and creative innovation. Youll lead a talented team to design extraordinary events and hospitality programs shaping memorable experiences that elevate our brand for clients. With a focus on our Priority Client Programme youll forge strong relationships driving brand preference and commercial success. Engage with senior stakeholders at Board level and collaborate across teams to influence our go-to-market strategy. What your days will look like

  • Strategic Program Development: Design and implement innovative corporate hospitality and buyer programs that drive engagement and deliver commercial outcomes.

  • Insight-Driven Engagement: Lead the buyer engagement strategy deepening client relationships and aligning strategies with business objectives.

  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Guide a creative high-performing team while managing strategic relationships with key sponsors and marketing leaders.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with brand digital and content teams to ensure a seamless brand experience that supports strategic goals.

  • Operational Excellence: Drive process optimisation and manage budgets for effective resource utilisation and ROI delivery.

  • Continuous Improvement: Use post-event feedback to refine approaches and ensure alignment with global best practices.

This role is for you if

  • You have demonstrated skills in crafting and delivering experiential strategies with significant strategic and commercial outcomes.

  • You have an extensive background in managing events and experiences in corporate B2B or regulated sectors.

  • You have a proven ability to design innovative buyer and relationship programs for senior leaders across multiple channels.

  • You are an accomplished leader capable of motivating teams and fostering their growth and development.

  • You possess a strong creative flair with a deep understanding of digital technology integration for impactful experiences.

  • You have the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong relationships both internally and externally.
