Are you a skilled and qualified skipper eager to navigate the pristine waters of Benguela Cove Join our team as the Skipper of Lady Bonnie our luxurious pontoon boat and blend your maritime expertise with our commitment to world-class hospitality.
The Role:
As our Skipper you will:
- Ensure the safe and smooth operation of Lady Bonnie
- Prioritize guest safety and comfort during all excursions
- Represent the Benguela Cove brand with professionalism and poise
- Oversee vessel maintenance to keep Lady Bonnie in pristine condition
- Plan routes and assess weather conditions for optimal guest experiences
- Create unforgettable moments for guests on the water
Essential Requirements:
Must Have:
- Valid commercial boat operator license (skipper qualifications)
- Clean valid drivers license
- Proven expertise in boat operation and water safety
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong safety awareness and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness to handle boat operations
Highly Preferred:
- Experience in hospitality or guest services
- Knowledge of local waters and navigational conditions
- First aid certification
