Job Summary
An innovative expanding business with a strong market footprint is seeking a driven Commercial Manager to partner with operations and play a strategic role in driving growth and profitability.
This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of the business where finance meets operations. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for providing strategic insights driving efficiencies and supporting decision-making to enhance business performance. This is a hands-on role that requires a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment and enjoys influencing commercial outcomes at both operational and executive levels.

Executive Recruitment Consultant: Chartered Accountants CIMA and General Finance
Other Duties Include:
- Driving budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes
- Analysing variances profitability and return on investment to support decision-making
- Partnering with operations and senior executives to drive efficiencies and margins
- Evaluating contracts pricing structures and commercial terms to optimise profitability
- Presenting financial and commercial insights at a Board and executive level
- Supporting strategic projects including new business initiatives expansions and capital investments
Education:
- Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- At least 8 years post-qualification experience in a commercial finance role
- Proven experience partnering with operations in a complex fast-moving business
- Strong financial modelling analysis and strategic planning skills
- Exposure to evaluating contracts pricing and investment opportunities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A proactive solutions-driven individual with strong business acumen
