Key Responsibilities:
- Recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions
- Processing invoices receipts and payments
- Reconciling bank statements and company accounts
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparing and maintaining ledgers and journals
- Assisting with payroll processing
- Preparing VAT/tax returns and statutory submissions
- Monitoring cash flow and petty cash
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
- Providing financial reports and summaries to management
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Diploma
- 3 years related experience
