Title: Housing Assistant South East London and Kent x3
Contract Type: Permanent Full Time 35 Hours Per Week
Salary: 28409 - 31090 per annum (London Weighted salary) dependant on experience
Grade: 4
Reporting Office: Stratford London E15 4PH
Working Location: King Hall Mews
Persona: Agile - Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

Your impact in the role:
- Supporting the Neighbourhood Housing Lead and Area Housing Manager ensuring the delivery of reliable repeatable and consistent services for residents.
- Supporting robust performance against all KPIs and targets. This is a wide and varied role working as part of a team providing strong administrative support.
- Responding to enquiries from residents and other internal and external stakeholders as first point of contact and deal with a variety of tenancy and estate management issues.
- Providing cover for Neighbourhood Leads to ensure consistency of service and to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.
What youll bring:
- Good at building relationships with people and be able to communicate well with colleagues and residents.
- Able to problem solve and will pride yourself on your grit and determination. Youll have a can-do attitude and be motivated by keeping promises to residents.
- Excellent time management skills along with the ability to manage different priorities whilst adhering to important deadlines.
- Committed to the provision of excellent customer service and be able to show initiative in a busy office environment while working as part of a team.
- Motivated with a can do attitude by keeping promises to residents.
- Organised flexible and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience of using Microsoft office packages is also essential.
