Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician (FP)
A Family Medicine Physician (FP) is needed in Lake City East FL.
This position is with a community-based nonprofit organization committed to their patients and provides a wide array of services to meet the needs of their community.
Salary and Benefits
- The salary range is based on experience ($215000/year)
- Quarterly Incentive Plan up to $8000 quarterly
- Annual Incentive Plan up to $10000 semi-annually
- Health Insurance Employer covers 80% (Employee: $32.38-$120.32 biweekly)

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
- Outpatient primary care
- Patients of all ages
- On-call typically only for own patients after LPN triage call service
- Average 18-22 patients per day
Requirements
- Compassionate Care
- New Graduates Will Be Considered
- Clear and Active Physician License in the State of Florida
- MD/DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in the State of Florida
- Family Medicine
