About the Role
You will use your excellent communication and computer skills to assist with customer questions inquiries and issues.
As an Accounting Services Associate you will be responsible for:
- Performing or managing a range of accounting services in various functions which may include accounts receivable accounts payable payroll cost accounting tax accounting and cash management accounting.
- Analyzing and preparing statutory accounts financial statements and reports.
- Maintaining accounting and financial records and reports including general ledger financial statements regulatory and management reports.
- Providing accounting guidance related to proposed transactions to ensure conformity with local country Generally Accepted Accounting Principles International Financial Reporting Standards and company policies and procedures.
- Escalating documents requiring attention to be completed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
- Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
- Have excellent computer skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test
- Understand the of basic accounting principles
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting services
