SD Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join our core team.

Responsibilities:
- support the activities of all business units;
- manage standard incoming inquiries;
- draft and review agreements;
- research and gather information on legislation in other jurisdictions;
- corporate work;
- privacy issues support;
- ensuring that SD Solution complies with applicable laws and regulations;
Requirements:
- 2 years in an international (preferably IT) company;
- 2 years of experience in a legal role;
- proficiency in agreement drafting and revision as well as corporate legal work;
- strong business communication skills in English (C1);
- proven expertise deep understanding and knowledge of privacy-related issues;
- result-oriented mindset excellent communication presentation and organizational skills;
- flexibility and proactivity coupled with the ability to drive processes
