DescriptionThis position supports the NRC Ukraine Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) unit in implementing MEL Plans that includes datacollectiondatamanagementdatavalidationexercises and data analysis. The position requires a bachelorsdegree and 6monthsto 1-year relevantexperience.

- Contributetoidentificationanddesigningofprotectionresponsetoidentifiedrisksandneeds inthecontextoftheprogram implementation
Specificresponsibilities:
- Support and contribute to the development and maintenanceof data management system through documentation and implementation of standardizes information flow of MEL activities and reporting
- Supportindevelopingdatacollectionmethodologyandtoolsandinactualdatacollection
- Assist program staff and MEL unit with data collection data validation data analysis and interpretation
- Conductfieldtripstocollectdatamonitorandevaluateactivities
- Ensure that monitoring data are reported in a timely manner to relevant program and managerial staf
- Replyto generalinformationrequestswithaccurateinformation
- Supportandcontributetothedevelopmentandmaintenanceofaccountabilitysystemincluding complaints and feedback mechanism as needed
- Conducttechnical trainingsessions forrelevant NRCprogramstaff inrelation toMELactivities and tools asneeded
- Support andconduct learningsessions with relevantNRCprogramstaff inrelation toMEL findings
- Assist with the implementation of other MEL activities
- Ensureproperfilingofdocuments
- Organizeandschedulemeetingsandappointmentsmaintaincontact lists
- Perform any other tasksasrequestedbyMELCoordinator
