Job Summary
Major responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive KSB sustainability strategy for products.
2. Support the implementation of international sustainability guidelines in KSB product development processes and sales channels.
3. Contribute to the development of group-wide sustainability standards and represent these standards to internal and external stakeholders.
4. Participate in defining sustainability goals and developing corresponding sustainability KPIs and monitor KPI achievement group wide.
5. Assist management in the strategic positioning of sustainability and compliance in the KSB business model and corporate culture.
6. Collaborate with product development production and procurement teams to integrate sustainable practices.
7. Identify and assess sustainability and compliance risks and opportunities.
8. Raise awareness of sustainability issues and ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and standards.
Requirement profile:
Formal education:
Batchler in Engineering / Environmental Science or Diploma in Engineering / Environmental Science
Professional experience:
Batchler in Engineering / Environmental Science minimum 5 years
Diploma in Engineering / Environmental Science Minimum 10 years
Defined competencies:
1. Initial professional experience in product development.
2. Genuine interest in product sustainability and compliance topics.
3. Positive mindset assertive and persuasive.
4. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence.
5. Proficient communication in English. Basic knowledge of German language preferred.
