Job Description:

This role provides hands-on experience in product lifecycle management market research and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Product Managers Engineers Designers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and execution.

• Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback to improve product features and usability.
• Help define and document product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support product roadmap planning and execution by tracking key milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely feature delivery.
• Participate in product testing and quality assurance (QA) to ensure product reliability and performance.
• Assist in creating product documentation FAQs and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with data analytics tools to generate insights on product performance and user behavior.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support product launches and feature rollouts.
• Stay updated on industry trends competitor movements and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are preferred though final-year students pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field are also welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for technology innovation and user experience.
• Ability to multitask prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies product development lifecycle and UX principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA Confluence Figma Postman SQL or Google Analytics is a plus.
• Knowledge in understanding how APIs work is a plus point and the ability to use Postman is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in internships projects or coursework related to product management is preferred.
