The opportunity
At AJW Group were leaders in global aviation support and logistics is at the heart of what we do. Were looking for an experienced Logistics Admin (internally known as Logistics Executive) to join our fast-moving team ensuring critical aircraft parts reach our customers around the world exactly when they need them.
What youll be doing:
Owning the end-to-end logistics process for time-critical shipments.
Coordinating with freight forwarders couriers and internal teams to deliver on customer promises.
Driving solutions for urgent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations every second counts.
Navigating customs export controls and compliance with confidence.
Keeping accurate records and ensuring nothing gets missed.
Job requirements
Solid experience in logistics - you know how to manage shipments solve problems and keep things moving.
Aviation or aerospace background Great!
If youve dealt with aircraft parts or AOG logistics youll hit the ground running.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Knowledge of freight networks and a proven ability to deliver under pressure. A proactive solution-focused mindset.
