Customer Call Center Assistant

We are looking for someone who:

Loves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them;
Is fluent in Danish and English(both verbal and written preferably B2/C1 level) to communicate with Danish customers and colleagues;
Likes to work infast-paced environment andwith various systems;
Is eager to learnnew things and develop their skills;
Hasprevious experience in customer service (it will be considered as an advantage).

You could be the one who:

Takes care of our customersvia phone and email;
Is responsible for card support and account administration;
Manages new orders and registrations;
Advices our customers regarding station campaigns and products.

Workplace conditions

We offer a full-time contract of 6 months.
