The Opportunity

For ourAbbott Diagnostics Division ADDwe are currently looking for an experienced professional who would like to join our commercial team in Romania as aSalesAmbassador Timisoara.This is a field-based role requiring daily travelling across assigned territory.

This position is a very visible and will influence customer purchase decisions. Makes decision on reagent utilization on integrations andtroubleshootingproduct replacement that impacts annualsupplybudget. Considers financial and customer implications as part of decision making.

TheSalesAmbassador will be the representative of Abbott and the Abbott Diagnostics Division brand to the customer.

TheSalesAmbassador operates as the primaryaccount managementcontact withcustomer account; with a focus to improve economic profitability; increasecustomer loyalty;business retention; and drivevalue expansion.

What Youll do:

• Act as trusted partner to existing customers.
• Build promoters and achieve targeted retention rate.
• Manage and drive development of accounts according tostrategic accountplan ( expansionand economic profitability).
• Coordinate order delivery andbilling.
• Be the representative of Abbott and the ADD brand to the customer with emphasis on laboratory management.
• Interact with Acquisition andSales Specialistteams;Value ExpansionRepresentative; Area/Regional Marketing;Customer SupportCenter andTechnical Service; Finance.

Required qualifications and background:

• Bachelors degree in relevant field (Business Biomedical Engineering Electrical MechanicalMedical Technologyor Commercial preferred).
• 3 years of experience in relevant sector (healthcare diagnosticsmedical devices life science preferred).
• Strongrelationship buildingskills and proven experience insales.
• Ability to travel up to 50% in assigned territory.
• Demonstrates innovation adaptability and schedule flexibility.
• Ability to analyze discrete issues and provide solutions as well as to Identify missing information or recognizes underlying issues.
• Living place Bucharest area Romania.
• Good command of English and nativeRomanianare a must.
• Driving license category B.
