SME Skills:

Jira dashboarding JQL
Understanding of Project Intake & Lifecycle best practices
Working knowledge of integration between Jira and PowerBI for reporting
Working knowledge of integration between Jira and Databricks for data consumption

Expected Outcomes:

Optimize the use of the Jira platform used by the Data Warehouse Team for Project Intake & Reporting
Drive Data Quality & Data Integrity of the Jira tool used for Project Intake & Reporting
- Follow up with PMs to ensure projects are updating in Jira properly
Provide dashboard & KPI reporting on projects in Jira including:
- Duration KPIs (Time in project status)
- Project Compliance (Projects not updated past due missing key fields)
- Project Forecast (Roadmap view)
