POSITION SCOPE

The Finishing Specialist Automated Blasting & Paint System is a chance to use cutting-edge technology in one of the most advanced automated finishing systems in the industry. PRIMARY DUTIES

Oversee daily operations of the automated paint system shipping and receiving
Troubleshoot issues support maintenance and ensure maximum uptime
Analyze problems isolate variables and implement solutions for process consistency
Drive continuous improvement in workflows efficiency and quality
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in manufacturing production or finishing operations
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and make smart decisions in a fast-paced environment
Proven problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex issues into process steps
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and understand automated equipment
Experience with blasting paint or finishing operations is a plus but not required
