Assistant Director of Finance

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the operational management of the department. Lead direct and manage the administration of city-wide financial planning budgeting accounting procurement business systems and centralized facilities ensuring alignment with city-wide priorities and long-term financial sustainability.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in accounting finance economics or business administration and a minimum of six (6) years progressively responsible experience in finance accounting investments or related governmental operations including some of which is at the municipal accounting level; or any such combination of education experience and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.
