CommQuest Services Inc. is seeking a Full-time Head of Revenue Cycle for the Finance this role you will lead and manage the revenue cycle functions to ensure optimal financial performance and efficiency for the organization which prioritizes mental and behavioral health and drug and alcohol addiction services. Oversee billing collections and reimbursement processes ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and alignment with the organizations mission.

What youll do:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the revenue cycle processes including billing collections coding and reimbursement.
• Lead and supervise revenue cycle staff providing guidance support and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical administrative and financial teams to streamline processes and enhance revenue cycle efficiency.
• Manage and resolve issues related to denied or delayed claims working with payers and staff to ensure timely resolution.
• All other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Healthcare Administration or a related field .
• Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Administration (MHA) preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in revenue cycle management within a healthcare setting including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role .
• Certification in healthcare revenue cycle management (e.g. Certified Revenue Cycle Executive CRCE) preferred.
• Previous experience with NextGen and/or other electronic health record systems is a plus!
