What youll be doing:
Support the Payroll and Processing team within HR Shared Services to ensure timely and accurate salary processing for employees.
Learn end-to-end payroll operations including data validation compliance checks and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Work on projects that improve payroll accuracy efficiency and the overall employee experience.
Collaborate with colleagues across different HR functionssuch as Employee Services Talent Development and People Data & Technologyfor a well-rounded HR learning experience.
Gain exposure to HR systems tools and best practices that are used globally at Hitachi.
