What youll be doing:

• Support the Payroll and Processing team within HR Shared Services to ensure timely and accurate salary processing for employees.

• Learn end-to-end payroll operations including data validation compliance checks and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

• Work on projects that improve payroll accuracy efficiency and the overall employee experience.

• Collaborate with colleagues across different HR functionssuch as Employee Services Talent Development and People Data & Technologyfor a well-rounded HR learning experience.

• Gain exposure to HR systems tools and best practices that are used globally at Hitachi.
