We boast one of the largest inventories of modern lifting equipment in North America in excess of 1000 units.The Branch Services Admin plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks coordinating customer requests and ensuring accurate and timely processing of quotes contracts and service orders. This role serves as a central point of contact between sales operations and customers to help drive efficiency accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the sales team.
Prepare and distribute sales proposals quotes contracts and bid packages.
Coordinate with operations dispatch and accounting to ensure customer orders are processed correctly and on time.
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts contracts and pricing in FCC and internal systems.
Support the development of presentations sales reports and customer communications.
Track and follow up on outstanding quotes and proposals with sales representatives.
Ensure quotes are in compliance with company policies contract terms and established pricing structures.
Sets up customer accounts and follow up with process
Prepare bare rental contracts
Maintain safety databases
And all other duties assigned
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Sales or related field preferred.
Experience in administrative or customer service roles with 2 - 4 years in the field; background in industrial or construction industry is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint); experience with FCC software preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and document management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
