JOB SUMMARY
UConn Student Health and Wellness Mental Health and Medical Services is seeking a SHaW Mental Health Front Office Healthcare Operations Lead (Administrative Program Support 2). Under the direction of the Clinical Service Office Manager this position assists in leading the daily front office medical reception team ensuring efficient front desk medical operations clinical scheduling and compliance processes. This role manages credentialing benefits verification and communication across staff students and providers while supporting accreditation and training activities.

This is a full-time position with a full range of state health and retirement position is for a 35-hour work week that may include up to two evenings until 6:00 rights terms and conditions of employment are contained in the collective bargaining agreement between the University of Connecticut and the University of Connecticut Professional Employees Association (UCPEA).
