Job Summary

Essential Role Requirements:

Maintaining up-to-date construction drawings and registers
Needs to be familiar with Leica EDM (TS06 / TS12 / TS16)
Checking building layout in relations to site boundaries
Carrying out site surveys and level surveys before site starts
Able to confidently take overall responsibility for setting out all elements and controlling line and level
Taking off and ordering all groundworks & RC frame materials (drainage waterproofing concrete rebar cast-in items etc)
Resolving any setting out problems and raise and track RFIs
QA on site using flow forma
Implementation of site Inspection Test Plan and specifications we are working to
Raise technical submittals
Proficient with As-builts
Record keeping and issuing to QS
Use of CAD
Proactive in closing out technical queries on site

General Expectations:

Valid CSCS Card
Reliable & punctual
Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time.
Right to work in the UK
Completion of the IT induction and training program is required within the first 1 to 3 months of employment.
