Job Description
Essential Role Requirements:
- Maintaining up-to-date construction drawings and registers
- Needs to be familiar with Leica EDM (TS06 / TS12 / TS16)
- Checking building layout in relations to site boundaries
- Carrying out site surveys and level surveys before site starts
- Able to confidently take overall responsibility for setting out all elements and controlling line and level
- Taking off and ordering all groundworks & RC frame materials (drainage waterproofing concrete rebar cast-in items etc)
- Resolving any setting out problems and raise and track RFIs
- QA on site using flow forma
- Implementation of site Inspection Test Plan and specifications we are working to
- Raise technical submittals
- Proficient with As-builts
- Record keeping and issuing to QS
- Use of CAD
- Proactive in closing out technical queries on site
General Expectations:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Reliable & punctual
- Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time.
- Right to work in the UK
- Completion of the IT induction and training program is required within the first 1 to 3 months of employment.
