Job Description:
- Provide support to the HO AHE Security Manager where needed for define implement and control the Site Security Operating Procedures to comply with Airbus Helicopters Security Policy Directives and Standards country and Site specific Security legislature and all regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Be responsible to maintain check and review security operation laws policies directives procedures and standards. To draw up directives procedures instructions and reports related to security when required or necessary
- Analyse the impact of the security clauses before contract signature.
- To manage and administer all issues related to photo subjects (review of photographs concession and processing of permits for photographers)
- Support/advice to business on how to generate security clauses for subcontracting
- Support to training and awareness on Programmes Security relating to contracts
- Deploy at site level the Airbus Helicopters security awareness program to employees. Manage the understanding of the security policy by Airbus employees form the awareness upskilling and communication to the business support and advice.
- Lead the Travel Security Management and Programme effectively.
- Co-pilot travel security with the Business through the application of robust risk management principles.
- Strengthen the awareness of travellers towards travel security fundamentals.
- Embed travel security culture within the organisation.
- Be resilient to all security threats within countries where travellers are travelling or located.
Education requirements:
-University degree or equivalent (Engineering is desired)
-Fluent English.
