We are looking for a Release Deployment Analyst who will:
Acts as a liaison between process and stakeholders.
Display expertise in the ITSM processes of Change Management.
Possess technical aptitude and desire to understand technical systems and capabilities within the BMC HELIX solution.
Communicate effectively across the business at varying levels of leadership.
Utilize influence to ensure that teams you support understand the value of Change Management to CSG and the business.
Practice Continual Service Improvement looking for ways to make existing process and workflow more efficient.
Identification management and escalation of development infrastructure and support issues throughout the change life cycle.
Assessment of risk and impact to external and internal clients resulting from change and developing mitigation approaches to the management of the risk.
Coordination with all operational and infrastructure teams required to support change through the creation and monitoring of Jira and Remedy tasks.
Provide clear communication of the change issues risk and impact to all groups affected by the change.
Coordinate and lead walkthrough conference calls with 15-25 individuals supporting weekly maintenance or quarterly release deployments.
Overall management and coordination of the change events.
Is this opportunity right for you We are looking for candidates who have:
1 years experience with Change Management/Incident Management and/or BMC Helix is preferred but not required.
Bachelors degree in MIS or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to consult with internal stakeholders and assist them in defining their needs based on product technology and industry knowledge.
Ability to work under pressure meet strict deadlines and conduct multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to operate office software applications with focus on Excel.
