- Starting salary beginning at $26000.00 plus monthly commission
- Monthly commissions can significantly enhance your earnings with the possibility of reaching over $75000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate appointments in a timely manner.
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of vehicle specifications optional packages and the latest technologies
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and happily
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Respond to emails and handle customer inquiries promptly
Qualifications:
- Willing to work afive-day workweek that includes Saturdays with a different day off during the week
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs eager to improve
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance
- Previous experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
- Previous experience in a internet customer service sales position is preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Good understanding of basic mathematical concepts
- Data entry
- Microsoft Office experience
- Switchboard/multi-line phone system
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-starter with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
