- Starting salary beginning at $26000.00 plus monthly commission
- Monthly commissions can significantly enhance your earnings with the possibility of reaching over $75000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate appointments in a timely manner.
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of vehicle specifications optional packages and the latest technologies.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and happily.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to emails and handle customer inquiries promptly.
Qualifications:
- Willing to work a five-day workweek in the office that includes Saturdays with a different day off during the week
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit necessary
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs eager to improve
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance
- Previous experience in automotive sales or automotive internet sales experience is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
