The Senior Manager Talent Development & Employee Experience will play a key role in shaping how employees join grow and thrive within our organization. This leader will be responsible for building and executing strategies that enhance talent development learning employee onboarding and engagement. With a focus on fostering a culture of growth and belonging this role ensures that employees are equipped connected and motivated throughout their journey.
What You Will Be Doing:
Key Responsibilities
Talent Development & Learning
Design implement and oversee a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with business priorities
Build leadership development career pathways and skill-building programs that foster continuous growth
Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps and deliver solutions that drive capability and performance
Leverage data and feedback to evaluate and enhance learning effectiveness
Onboarding
Lead the design and execution of a best-in-class global onboarding program that ensures new hires are engaged productive and connected from day one
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (HR IT managers business units) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Continuously improve onboarding processes and technology for scalability and impact
Performance Management & Talent Assessment
Lead the design rollout and continuous improvement of the performance management process to ensure fairness consistency and alignment with organizational goals
Define and embed core competencies that reflect the companys values and drive success across roles
Develop and implement tools for talent assessments succession planning and career development conversations
Partner with leaders to create a high-performance culture that recognizes achievement supports growth and addresses gaps
Provide training and resources for managers to effectively evaluate and coach employees
Use data and analytics to identify trends track outcomes and inform workforce planning decisions
Employee Engagement & Culture
Partner with VP of HR to develop and execute initiatives to strengthen employee engagement recognition and retention
Partner with leaders and HRBPs to create programs that promote inclusion collaboration and purpose
Own employee listening strategies (surveys focus groups feedback loops) to inform engagement actions and measure impact
Serve as a champion for the companys values bringing them to life across all employee experience touchpoints
To Be Successful in The Role You Will Have:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Business or related field or equal experience
5-7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a learning talent development or engagement leadership role
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing learning and engagement strategies at scale
Strong program management skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Skilled communicator who can influence at all levels of the organization
Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement
Passion for people culture and building meaningful employee experiences
