The Opportunity

How Youll Make an Impact

Act as the primary interface between engineering and production teams.
Interpret and communicate engineering drawings BOMs and design intent.
Provide hands-on technical support to shop floor personnel.
Troubleshoot and resolve production-related technical issues.
Collaborate with engineering to clarify and optimize design specifications.
Document technical support activities and ensure feedback loops with engineering.
Lead training sessions on interpreting engineering documents and best practices.
Promote design standardization and manufacturability principles.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

Bachelors or Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
35 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical support role.
Strong understanding of transformer design and manufacturing processes.
Proficient in reading engineering drawings and BOMs.
Skilled in problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with CAD and ERP systems.
