You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a Mid-/Senior Business Development Manager to drive the acquisition of new banking partners and scale Banxwares Orchestration Layer. You will be responsible for identifying and approaching banks developing strategic partnerships and supporting the full lifecycle from first contact to signed agreements. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on execution and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on Banxwares growth.
Bank Partner Acquisition & Business Development
Identify target and engage with potential banking partners for Banxwares Orchestration Layer.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities.
Lead or support the full cycle of negotiations contracting and closing deals.
Strategic Market Development
Work with leadership to refine Banxwares approach to bank partnerships.
Develop tailored value propositions for different banking segments.
Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at banks and financial institutions.
Act as a trusted partner aligning Banxwares solutions with partner needs.
Ensure successful onboarding and long-term engagement with partners.
Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with Product Tech and Operations to ensure partner requirements are met.
Provide forecasts pipeline reports and market insights to internal stakeholders.
Share best practices and contribute to a strong business development culture.
57 years of experience in business development partnerships or sales ideally in fintech SaaS or financial services (is a Must).
Experience working with banks or financial institutions is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of banking and lending processes with an interest in embedded finance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical and structured approach to developing opportunities.
Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment
