We are looking for a Principal Project Managertobe a driving force behind our most strategic cross-functional initiatives reporting directly to the VP of Operations.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in dynamic environments enabling speed to delivery while maintaining flexibility to support a diverse range of projects across Product Engineering and Revenue teams. Youll play a key role in helping teams set Key Results (KRs) as part of our OKR process and ensure our products are fit for launch and market success.
You will:
- Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Manage large-scale initiatives that require coordination across Product Engineering and Revenue teams adapting your approach to suit each projects unique needs.
- Enable Speed & Flexibility: Drive projects to timely completion while remaining agile and responsive to changing priorities and business needs.
- Product Readiness: Oversee product launch readiness collaborating with stakeholders to ensure products meet quality and market requirements.
- Executive Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders providing regular updates strategic recommendations and clear communication on project status risks and opportunities.
- Change Management: Champion organizational change fostering buy-in and adoption for new processes products and systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices in project management adapting methods to maximize efficiency and impact.
- Role Evolution: Remain open and adaptable as the role evolves taking on new responsibilities and supporting various types of initiatives as business needs change.
You have:
- Experience: 10 years in project/program management with significant experience leading cross-functional large-scale projects in fast-paced environments.
- Agility: Demonstrated ability to work with agility balancing structure and flexibility as projects and priorities shift.
- Leadership: Exceptional influencing skills with experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- OKR Expertise: Experience facilitating OKR processes and helping teams set effective goals and key results.
- Product Launch: Strong track record of ensuring product readiness and successful launches.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to distill complex information for diverse audiences.
- Continuous Learner: Willingness to adapt grow and take on new challenges as the role and company evolve.
- Certifications (preferred): PMP Agile/Scrum or equivalent.
