Overview:
As an Installation Supervisor you will:
Coordinate and oversee the activities of workers engaged in installation.
Partner with the Project Coordinator to plan and schedule installation projects.
Communicate customer expectations to the Project Manager.
Assist in the creation of punch lists to facilitate project completion.
Train and develop personnel on installation procedures quality service and safety guidelines.
Manage the receiving of materials into the warehouse.
Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to develop and maintain staging areas as well as designated damaged/return areas.
Responsibilities:
Manage crews during assembly disassembly delivery or removal of modular systems case goods and other items.
Ensure tasks and jobs are completed in a professional and time-efficient manner.
Provide a high level of customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Complete assembly/installation according to specifications.
Schedule receive and inspect incoming shipments; report any damages.
Communicate effectively with clients crew and staff.
Manage proper loading and unloading of materials onto trucks by installers.
Maintain professional appearance and cleanliness of delivery vehicles.
Follow all safety procedures in the performance of job duties.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of installation experience.
Minimum 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Good judgment problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Pass background check

Reliable Transportation
$18-$20 depending on experience
