Are you looking for an exciting internship experience Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. After finishing this program you will have gained broad experience in various aspects live event business. You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership problem-solving and communication skills. This is a part-time position working 15 20 hours per week. You must be available to be in the office Tuesday Thursday.
Guest Services Support:
Collateral Assistance: Support design printing and laminating of Premium signage and materials ahead of each festival
Admin Support:
Vendor Relations: Help identify and communicate with potential vendors. Assist with collecting quotes following up and maintaining vendor records. Support team with onboarding and coordinating new vendors
Amazon & Supplies Orders: Help Premium Coordinator with Amazon purchases and tracking deliveries
Staffing Support:
Assist Premium Staffing Manager with sending out staffing offers
Create festival staff informational packets
Budget Support:
Enter invoices into C3PO
General C3PO maintenance
Assist with maintenance of festival budget trackers
General Team Support:
Provide help as needed across the Premium team
Weekly meeting with different person of the department to learn more about the inner workings of Premium
Participate in festival deep dive meetings
Participate in festival design meetings
Graphic Design Support:
Assist Premium Program Manager with various creative collateral needs per festival
On-site at Two Step Inn in Georgetown
Work festival weekend in a support role for Premium department (Thursday Sunday)
In the Premium department the team handles everything from guest services design operations hospitality food & beverage and on-site production. The ideal candidate is interested in learning more about this aspect of festival operations.
This role requires you to be in our Austin TX office Tuesday Thursday. This is NOT a remote internship opportunity.
Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University. Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
Previous experience preferred (school internship or professional)
Creative thinker and problem solver
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
Must have own laptop to bring to the office
Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook skills
Acute sense of judgment tact and diplomacy
A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
Understanding and proficiency with Photoshop encouraged but not required
Preferred interest in music industry
Commit to a minimum of 15 hours or 3 days per week on a part-time basis
Demonstrate integrity in the way you operate in day-to-day business and the way you deal with people
Communicate effectively with various audiences by organizing and delivering information appropriately and listening actively to others
Proactively seek solutions to problems. Be enthusiastic and energetic in your approach to your job. Commit to putting in extra effort with a positive attitude
Be flexible in handling change able to juggle multiple demands and adaptable to new situations with fresh ideas or innovative approaches
