Join Our Team as an IAM Business Consultant!
At Intragen a leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) partner in Europe we help the worlds top companies secure their digital identities. We offer solutions across IAM PAM IGA and CIAM partnering with industry-leading vendors including One Identity Okta SailPoint and CyberArk.
About the Role:
As anIAM Business Consultant youll be at the forefront of shaping digital identities for our clients ensuring they align with their strategic goals. Youll work closely with executives and stakeholders translating business requirements into clear actionable IAM strategies. Youll collaborate with senior consultants and play a key role in delivering IAM strategies that align with security compliance and business goals.
Location: Utrecht Netherlands hybrid working
Language requirements:Must be fluent in Dutch and English
Key Responsibilities:
- Turn business needs into secure IAM solutions
- work directly with clients to gather and translate requirements into tailored identity and access management solutions that support their strategic goals. - Stakeholder communication - act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders across all levels ensuring clear understanding and alignment from discovery through to delivery.
- Represent business needs during agile ceremonies contributing to planning prioritisation and iterative improvement in project workflows.
- Partner with senior consultants ask questions and actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to build deep practical expertise in IAM technologies.
- Help develop IAM policies and governance frameworks that ensure compliance manage risk and enable scalability.
- Analyse client processes and suggest improvements to streamline operations reduce friction and increase security.
- Share insights and learnings with colleagues and clients to support a culture of continuous improvement and IAM excellence.
- Conduct change impact assessments to help clients implement IAM changes with minimal disruption and maximum adoption.
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years Business Analysis / Business Consulting experience including IAM solutions / deployments with an understanding of One Identity Okta SailPoint CyberArk or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management skills especially at C-level with a proven ability to manage client relationships and complex project requirements effectively.
- Analytical thinker able to break down business problems identify root causes and bridge the gap between strategy and implementation.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability quality and results driven.
- Self-motivated flexible in approach enthusiastic team player
- Demonstrable high standards in every area of the role; commitment organisation and work habits
- Collaborative in approach and committed to team working
