Job Description

Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Equipment Installation & Maintenance Execution
  • Assist in the setup installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.
  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report anomalies or potential failures.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities inspections and repairs.
  • Support calibration and validation processes as required.
  • Facility Support
  • Perform routine inspections of building systems (HVAC electrical plumbing etc.).
  • Ensure the facility is clean organized and compliant with operational standards.
  • Support utilities management and basic infrastructure troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance or repairs.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Strictly follow and enforce safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) PPE usage and emergency procedures.
  • Participate in safety audits risk assessments and incident investigations.
  • Maintain compliance with local and corporate safety regulations.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement among peers and contractors.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with engineering EHS and operations teams during equipment installation and facility setup.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve maintenance procedures and safety practices.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding work status and issues.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Education (desirable)

  • Technical degree in Electromechanical Electrical Mechanical Industrial Maintenance or electronic.
  • Safety training certifications (e.g. OSHA LOTO) are highly desirable.
  • Theoretical and practical training in critical disciplines for maintenance execution

Experience (desirable)

  • 5 years of experience in facility or equipment maintenance preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment installation and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with safety systems and regulatory compliance.
  • 3 years in interpreting blueprints and schematics
  • 3 in preventive and corrective maintenance to building equipment. (Compressors Electrical Substations Air Conditioning Lighting Hydropneumatics).
