Job Description

Staff Analyst (Mid-Level)

Company:

The Boeing Company

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Staff Analyst (Mid-Level) to join the 777 Fuselage Design Engineering team based in Everett Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops plans for long-range strategies organizational goals objectives and initiatives.
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
  • Develops coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Delivers informational or technical materials.
  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
  • Provides strategic design logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
  • Develops and deploys localized training content.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 6 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources performing analysis and presenting data
  • 3 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint Word Excel PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
  • 3 years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
  • 3 years of Integrated Project Management experience including the use of tools and metrics (i.e. earned value schedule metrics technical performance metrics risk and opportunity tools)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience building positive relationships collaborating effectively and communicating clearly
  • Ability to clearly communicate at the Executive Level

Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
