Job Summary
Havel is looking for a Sales this position you will be responsible for building automation system parts sales for commercial industrial educational and institutional clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Expand sales for existing customers
- Knowledge of building automation systems is a plus
- Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers
- Converts leads into opportunities by identifying the appropriate sales course of action
- Develops multiple relationships with buying influences within the customers organization which may include the facility manager project managers or purchasing agents
- Is successful at maintaining an acceptable rate of new sales
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Knowledge of financial based sales
- HVAC/Automation systems knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communicator and have great organizational skills with a positive attitude while being a team player.
- Believe that customer service is the first priority.
- Knowledgeable in computers and common computer software.
