At Dental Choice were looking for aDental Administrator who brings warmth initiative and strong organizational skills to our patient-focused clinic.
In this role youll be the friendly face that welcomes patients supports our clinical team and helps ensure each day runs smoothly and efficiently.
3 dayshifts 2 evenings 2 Saturdays per month
Greet every patient with warmth and make them feel cared for from the moment they walk in
Keep the front desk running smoothly by coordinating appointments follow-ups and schedules
Handle patient records billing insurance claims and payments with accuracy and professionalism
Support and motivate your teammates bringing a touch of leadership to help the day flow seamlessly
Anticipate patient and schedule needs and take initiative and be proactive
Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience every time
Previous dental administration experience (0-1 years of experience)
Naturally positive and upbeat personality with strong communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented you love keeping things in order
Proactive and dependable you dont wait to be told what needs to be done
Caring team-oriented and passionate about helping patients feel at ease
